island of Borneo in the Southeast Asia. The country being sovereign state

The Constitution of Brunei Darussalam:
The basic law of the nation of Brunei is
the Constitution of Brunei that too of 1959 and the Constitution makes the king
of Brunei, a Superior or head of the state with full executive authority and
the political system of the country governed under the same constitution and
the national tradition of the Malay Islamic Monarchy. The legal system of the
country is based on the English Common law
